Description:

Born in the environs of Osirion, specifically the Sahure Waste.

Sadiki’s clan, one of an ancient Garundi line, although landless for generations by traditional standards, claimed the Suhure Waste as their hereditary home.

Sadiki’s clan practice an ancient form of unarmed fighting style, all the clan’s members are instructed from the earliest age.

Sadiki took his walk of Vows and left the lands of his people at the age of 14 he traveled for many years stopping with many peoples learning their cultures opening his soul to the world to learn is Vows.

He first vow chose him in The Sphinx Head where he felt the hand of hunger for a long time, his survival rested on grains of rice and moisture collected off the stones at night.

From The Sphinx Head Sadiki traveled north to the port city of the Stepped Tower of Djedefor where he spent some time amongst its peoples, before taking ship to Cyremium on the Missa Shelf. In this place Sadiki’s second Vow found him in the form of the vow of truth, he discovered only miss adventure when ever he spoke untruth and quickly learnt that through truth his way was easier in this land.

From this fair city Sadiki travels further North into the lands of Usalav where his long days and nights alone taught him of the benefits of abstinence of the flesh therefore he took this Vow offered him and found his soul further enlightened.

A couple of years later see’s Sadiki enter the great city of Caliphas, were he finds faith with Pharasma, through the Esoteric Order of the Palatine Eye, he is invited to join the order, not as the usual member but as an enforcer for the Order.

The Esoteric Order of the Palatine Eye fit Sadiki’s need for Order in the world, he found solace in working under the command of the members of the Order.

Sadiki spent the next 5 years in Caliphas working diligently for the Order, until events started to happen in the city that led the Order to place Sadiki in a group that held an artifact. Sadiki was ordered to protect the artifact above all else.

The artifact is in the hands of an zealot inquisitor of Pharasma whom, along with his companions are on the path to disrupt the rebirth of the Carrion King by the whispering way.

Sadiki joins this party in order to protect the artifact…….

Vow of Celibacy (+2 Ki) The monk must abstain from all sexual and intimate physical activity. A monk with this vow takes it to an extreme, refusing to even share a room with another person, or sleeping on the opposite side of a camp from other people in a group. A celibate monk is not allowed to touch others or have others touch him (including touch spells from allies). Striking enemies in battle or being struck by enemies is not prohibited, but the monk shuns all peaceful or pleasurable contact. A monk with this vow increases his ki pool by 1 ki point for every 5 monk levels (minimum +1)
Vow of Fasting (+1 Ki) The monk eats nothing but rice (or a similar bland, staple food) and drinks nothing but water. On certain days (usually once per month or on a religious holiday), he may eat a small portion of other simple, bland food to maintain proper nutrition. The monk cannot use tobacco, drugs, potions, alchemical items requiring eating or drinking, or any other thing that could be considered a food or beverage. A monk with this vow increases his ki pool by 1 ki point for every 6 monk levels (minimum +1).
Vow of Truth (+2 Ki) The monk is not allowed to deliberately speak any lies, including bluffing, stating half-truths with the intent to deceive, exaggerating, telling white lies, and so on. This applies to all forms of communication. If presented with circumstances where telling the truth would bring harm to another, the monk remains silent. Many monks of this vow also take a vow of silence to show their commitment. A monk with this vow increases his ki pool by 1 ki point for every 5 monk levels (minimum +1).
